Biography
Ahmad Jarba is a Syrian opposition leader who served as president of the Syrian National Coalition from 2013 to 2014. Born in 1969 in northeastern Syria, he is a member of the Shammar tribe. He represented the political opposition to the Assad government during the Syrian Civil War and engaged in international diplomacy.
