Sabah Fakhri (1933-2021) was a Syrian singer considered one of the greatest voices in Arabic music. Born in Aleppo, he was known for his powerful baritone voice and his mastery of muwashshahat and classical Arabic music. His performances at weddings and public events were legendary, and his songs continue to be played across the Arab world.
